HomeChoice Signs for TRIAD Consulting Support

Cape Town, 9 February 2006 – HomeChoice, the largest home shopping group in Africa, has signed a TRIAD^TM adaptive control system consulting support contract.

TRIAD, from Fair Isaac Corporation, is the world’s leading account and customer management system and is used by more than 280 portfolios worldwide to make more than 44 billion business decisions annually. The system combines predictive analytics, decision-making software and expert strategy consulting to improve credit and customer management decisions.

For the first time in Africa, TRIAD adaptive control system is available on an application service basis (ASP) via a managed solution from PIC Solutions. TRIAD ASP is currently being implemented in HomeChoice and during this assignment, strategy consultants will help to optimise the organisation’s risk strategies to be applied in TRIAD.
