FNB Selects PIC Solutions for Expanded Software Support

Cape Town, 17 November 2005 – First National Bank (FNB) has extended their relationship with PIC Solutions by signing another CredITMentor contract.

Through this contract, PIC Solutions will continue to provide software development and support to FNB during their upgrade to the VisionPLUS account processing system.

FNB is the oldest bank in South Africa and traces its origins back to the Eastern Province Bank which was formed in Grahamstown in 1838. Today, FNB trades as a division of FirstRand Bank Limited and provides a full range of consumer credit products to its clientele.

The new CredITMentor contract with PIC Solutions offers FNB maximum flexibility in obtaining the required technical assistance for the upgrade from their current Vision21 system to the latest VisionPLUS account processing system. Experienced PIC ICT software consultants will provide on-going support to FNB to ensure that the Bank achieves its objectives and increases profitability.
