The CredITMentor Service
enables Diners Club International to `reserve` a specified
number of systems support hours, under a specified contract
period. Diners Club International can then make use of the
support when it is most required. This allows for the optimum
allocation of specialist PIC Solutions resources for the
development and implementation of credit and customer
relationship management systems.
