PIC Solutions Conducts Collections HealthCheck for Emirates Bank

Cape Town, 11 October 2005 – Emirates Bank International, a leading financial institution in the UAE, selected PIC Solutions to conduct a Collections HealthCheck in their credit card environment.

Emirates Bank International was the first financial institution to launch co-branded credit cards in the UAE and the first in the world to launch a pre-paid cash card. PIC Solutions consultants conducted the Collections HealthCheck to ensure that existing provisioning and collections policies were aligned with the Bank’s new strategies. This assignment aimed to highlight a number of areas for development within Emirates Bank that would ensure improved business results.
